About Me
Hello, my name is Bradley Ray Bain. As a Bay Area native I have seen many changes over the course of my lifetime. One thing that hasn’t changed much is the intimate relationship between a butcher, they’re products and tools of the trade. I have been a butcher for over 15 years. Starting in a grocery store, quickly working my way up to Team Leader of the Meat Department and working a second job at a small craft butchery has made me realize my passion for creating quality cuts of meat, and meat products. Weather you need roast’s, steak’s, stew, stir-fry meat, loose sausage and or ground meat made from your fresh game kill, I can accommodate. Pricing varies based on processing needs.
